This workshop is specifically focusing on creating liquid arm and hand movements, aimed for fusion belly dance stylisation with elements of flamenco and hip hop. Hilde will help you creating more fluidity in your movements by honing your technique through specific exercises, drills and arm combinations. We will learn also how we can add beautiful arm movements to our dance practice so we get to dance fully by the end of the class.

a 4 hour dance intensive focusing on conditioning, belly dance and contemporary fusion dance
Hilde's seasonal dance intensives take place once per quarter and have a different theme each time. We will always start with a yoga and pilates workout to prepare the body for dance, followed by a fusion belly dance focus and ending with a contemporary fusion focus. For this Autumn dance intensive Hilde will focus on liquid movements and bringing flow to your dance. A 10 minute break will be incorporated within this intensive.
