Yoga with Hilde Cannoodt

Hilde certified as a qualified Unity Yoga instructor in 2014 from the Brighton Unity Yoga School founded by Sevanti and graduating with distinction. Since then she has continued her yoga practice and deepened her yoga education through teaching, self study and classes with teachers from around the world. Her style of yoga combines elements of Hatha as well as Vinyasa flow. Her focus in her physical practice is finding a good alignment in the body for injury prevention (longer held poses - hatha) and finding a flow in between one posture and the next (Vinyasa), she also incorporates other elements of the 8 limbs of yoga into each class she teaches, such as bringing focus on Pranayama (breath control), Pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses) and Savasana (corps pose for relaxation). Her focus in her own yoga practice as well as her classes is creating a well balanced practice focusing on the mind, body and spirit.

Yego Yoga
